Notes: second round of hitting 100 squats, and 15,000lbs of tonnage. Feeling pretty good about this overall. Goal, I think, is to work on some assistance exercises for awhile and get those up because it seems if I try to up my squat I end up running into problems. Hope to hit 405 by end of year though, and 365 in my next meet.
