NOTES: BTN Press felt great after the first set. Really want to get to a third set of rows at some point but just going to ease into them right now, and hopefully keep adding weight. Focusing on getting each one from the floor. Hamstrings are tight tight a workout, and the bench at work is jacked up so I'm happy with 205x6 today.
