notes: Had been considering tightening up the range on bench to {145, 165, 185}, but hit the first 6 reps cleanly and decided to wait, and looking back, seeing improvement from last session. So, clearly, this seems to be working, and working well. Also seemed to have more leg drive too. Actually more volume overall. Should be able to make an advancement in weight soon.
