Been playing with this idea for awhile of working sets and reserve sets, where the wok sets are the ones where most of the volume gets done, and volune continues to accunulate, and the reserve are smaller sets that can be reduced or eliminated on days where total volume just can't go up. It seems to be working rather well.
Today was a good day. Blasted out a lot of reps, a lot of new volume, with shorter rest times for the first few sets. Each of the work sets have a rest pause or two in there somewhere, and that's ok for me, as long as these stay under an hour I'm doing great.
I need to add the 80lb back in at some point.
