notes: Started using chalk, and mixed grip from the start on my working sets. Chalk works amazing, will keep it in.I wanted to see how much I could actually work up to because i know I was able to pull 315lbs before, except for grip issues, and was happy with the result. Stopped after 325lbs for now because I was getting tired and didn't want to hurt myself. But this means I broke through a sticking point of 315lbs.The grip work is also helping.
